In the era of rapid development of the Industrial Internet of Things and artificial intelligence, Leewell, as a provider of integrated solutions for intelligent operation and maintenance of equipment, needs to dig deeper into the industry and figure out customer pain points to promote product upgrading and business expansion.
On the afternoon of November 19, 2021, the first technology-oriented professional training course was held in the conference room, attended by staff from the Engineering and Technology Department, Production and Research Department, Project Management Department and Marketing Department. This course aims to help everyone quickly learn the professional knowledge related to port operation and equipment, improve the cognition of the industry, sort out the work requirements, and plan the individual development direction.
Leo Li, founder and chairman of Leewell is the lecturer, who guided staff to sort out customer pain points, find the future strategic product upgrading direction from four aspects, the port layout, port machinery, mechanical mechanism, data and system diagnosis, and thus he put forward a series of thinking about the problems of dealing with daily work. During the training, Mr. Li also put forward three requirements for the company's products: first, to ensure the accuracy of data; second, to satisfy customer experience; third, to strengthen the sense of service.
